De-identified client data. When Based Health uses client records to compare outcomes or test analysis tools, it uses only de-identified records, with names, contact details, dates of birth, exact dates, locations, employers, and other identifying details removed. Based Health keeps that data in de-identified form, does not attempt to re-identify it, and requires anyone it shares it with not to re-identify it. Clients choose whether their records are included and can withdraw at any time by emailing support@basedhealthconsulting.com.
