The resource library puts practical references in one place, so you can revisit a topic without hunting through an old email thread.

What’s now available

Evidence-Based Skincare Guide: what has strong evidence for slowing skin aging, what remains uncertain, and what is unlikely to be worth the effort or expense.
Protein Powder Guide: a cost-normalized comparison of the better whey options, including ingredient context and a simple framework for choosing an unflavored and flavored powder.
GLP-1 Background Guide: an overview of how these medications work, the benefits under study, and the safety questions worth discussing with a prescribing clinician.
Supplies Reference: a plain-language reference for the common supply categories that may come up with injectable medications. Start with the instructions that came with your medication. The page then helps you recognize the categories and example products.

The library can answer the general question. Your data, history, and plan still determine what makes sense for you.

A clearer way to work with Based Health

Based Health now has three straightforward ways to work together:

Deep-Dive Analysis is a one-time comprehensive assessment. Testing, a detailed written report, a personalized protocol, and a 60-minute review call. It is the right fit when you want a serious whole-system look without an ongoing commitment.
Foundation Program is the guided three-month path. We establish a baseline, implement the plan together, retest, and see what actually changed.
Membership is the ongoing relationship for people who want their health information to stay organized and their next deep look to be planned rather than forgotten.

Membership has a simple annual structure. The $800 package includes one prepaid Membership Deep-Dive. The $1,200 package includes two, usually planned about six months apart. We choose the target month for each assessment at enrollment so the next deep look has a place on the calendar. Testing is paid directly to the labs and remains separate.

Between Deep-Dives, Membership includes data stewardship, testing coordination at wholesale rates, and focused triage when a new lab or question comes up. The Deep-Dive is where we step back, synthesize the whole picture, and update the plan.
